Job Description
- Lead and manage the OMBF department
- Develop and implement maintenance and facility management strategies.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams and external service providers.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control and asset management.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs.
- From time to time, employees may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
- Duties, tasks, timeline and expectation of the outcome should be properly outlined either by immediate superior or Human Resources department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
